Job Description:
Dynamic Online Marketing Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to run their warehouse in Denver. Responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, payroll, and performance monitoring.
Job skills, experience and qualifications requirements:
•Matric certificate
•HR Degree/Diploma/Certificate
•Must be proficient in PASTEL and Ms Excel
•Minimum 2-5 years previous experience as a HR officer or similar role
•Good understanding and experience in payroll, recruitment and selection and training development
•Proven track record in training and development (customer service and product training) ESSENTIAL
•Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written) ESSENTIAL
Competencies:
Committed, passionate, meticulous and able to pay attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task and prioritise, good work ethic and positive “can-do” attitude, self-motivated, a self-starter and able to work with limited supervision, discreet and able to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner, Honesty and integrity.
